Here's where I am right now, using Leaflet and OpenStreetMap.

Here is a map of places I've been, using Google Forms and CartoDB.

Here is a map of the cell towers in San Luis Obispo.

Here is the same map but the points should be clustered.

This is a test of a conditional img src based on a Google Form.
If the result is "Yes" below, the image should be a cat with a crown.
If the result is "No" below, the image should be a cat with a top hat.
